Wisconsin, the Badger State


Before this card arrived, I already knew that American robins were quite different from the robins we know in Europe.  Now I know that American badgers are different too.  The text on the back of the card is not very informative:
Wisconsin
Lakes, trees, and wildflowers.
A lovely card, though.

  1. I don't know much about badgers. The Niagara Escarpment begins on the Door Peninsula, though.

  3. And just to confuse things even more, sometimes they are different from one region of the US to another...Blue Jays, for example.
