They have had more than their share of tragedies lately. You asked about RR#2 - that stands for Rural Route which was the address for people who lived outside of towns. For years, that was my parents address in the little village we lived in. Our address was R. R. #2 Chillicothe, Illinois which was the site of the post office. Sometimes they used RFD which I think was rural free delivery. Ancient history now!
