This is still ongoing since 2011. A new Welsh Bible was published in 1988 but until then the 1588 version was in use..Sheila @ A Postcard a Dayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09140046386364588303noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8673631888005019643.post-74818107242531881072014-05-25T15:42:51.639+01:002014-05-25T15:42:51.639+01:00God choice for Sunday Stamps.God choice for Sunday Stamps.luvlinenshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16729397083701730823noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8673631888005019643.post-1981145380008265882014-05-25T14:31:26.518+01:002014-05-25T14:31:26.518+01:00Fine PHQ cards - and another topic that I knew not...Fine PHQ cards - and another topic that I knew nothing about.Bob Scotneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00662958579705940009noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8673631888005019643.post-81906973117557347242014-05-25T14:29:55.492+01:002014-05-25T14:29:55.492+01:00Wow, these are new to me, and very interesting. She, was in her later years, doing the same thing about with the bible. I think through the years her Sunday School students gave her many reasons to do it!21 Witshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00071361755673253230noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8673631888005019643.post-75632374355170318682014-05-25T13:46:55.030+01:002014-05-25T13:46:55.030+01:00Interesting stamps!

Concerning Dutch translations: I remember a lot of dispute between people who prefer the 'good old' translation (and in a way: 'good old interpretations') and the ones who prefer to translate the texts, more adapted to the modern times. I wonder if that was/is the case in Wales, too (then, and nowadays)?Heleenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18206346242374113741noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8673631888005019643.post-75851383213838033152014-05-25T13:24:06.529+01:002014-05-25T13:24:06.529+01:00that is a great event to commemorate!
