The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) is the regional development arm of the United Nations for the Asia-Pacific region. I think the postmark of THP Headquarters means that The Hunger Project is at least in the same building, but I haven't been able to find out definitely.
