Tall Stacks
Tall Stacks is an event which began in 1988 to celebrate Cincinnati's Bicentennial. It attracts riverboats and people from all over the country every four years.
The information above is from the card itself, but it seems that the period between events can vary. Riverboats from around the country resulting in the largest collection of them in any one festival. There are live re-enactments; breakfast, lunch and dinner cruises; riverboat races and tours; living history exhibits; and costumed characters telling stories of the riverboat age.
