Cue the violin

Postmarked Northamptonshire, date 5 August 1993.
Cherries and Violin (detail)
Tomoi Yokoi
CCA Galleries, London

This was sent to my mother, no doubt because my mother played a violin when she was young.  It is a cropped image from a Tomoe Yokoi work.  Interesting that the spelling of his name on the card was incorrect.   I've come across quite a number of spelling mistakes on postcards now, and no longer think the information given is necessarily correct.

  2. I like the violin if it's well played, otherwise it's painful. :)
