Museum of Central Finland, Jyväskylä

A merchant's family kitchen and dining room dating from the late 1880s.  It is part of the Museum of Central Finland, which specialises in cultural history for both the town of Jyväskylä and for the region.

  2. I'm loving travelling around the world with you today! I've met a couple of bloggers from Finland, Norway and Sweden lately. I refuse to let language barriers stop me from interacting on wonderful blogs and make some use of the Google Translate button on my browser! I love the straight lines and severity of this kitchen. I might even force myself to cook in it!
