Being fruitful


A delicious selection of fruits and other produce at this Sri Lankan market.  Lemons and limes I recognise (I think) and of course the bananas, but as usual there are others that are a mystery to me.

    And I bet those bananas actually taste better too. They look so wonderful as a bunch.

    You're right. Properly sun ripened fruit has to be better.

    Those could be papayas. We have a little papaya tree in the garden - if it ever fruits it will be a miracle!
