Spring flowers
The daffodils are almost finished and we have tulips! I always love this time of year, when the days become longer and the birds are building their nests. I just wish they wouldn't drop their nest-building materials on my balcony.
And where else would this card be sent from but The Netherlands! With my past experience, it could have come from anywhere but in fact it did indeed come from The Netherlands.

I love your A-Z theme! I used to collect postcards when I was a child and still have scrapbooks full of them.
ReplyDeleteDid you know a postcard collector is called a deltiologist? I just found this out today :)

Tulips! So pretty and expensive:) Love the card.
ReplyDeleteHi Sheila! Thank you for dropping by on my blog. It's good to connect with you via the AtoZ. I like the name of your blog. I used to collect postcards as a child too. Don't have them anymore though. I love tulips, by the way, especially yellow ones. See you around.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful postcard. It reminds me of the tulips which grow near Mt. Angel. Every year there is a tulip festival, which features those spectacular flowers. This postcard could have come from there. :D Have a lovely day, my Friend. Happy Postcard Friendship Friday!
