Summer time

From Finland comes a reminder that summer time can't be too far away.  The picture is a photograph taken of the place where my Postcrossing friend has a summer cottage, and I can't think of anywhere better!  It looks so very, very peaceful.

Nurmes is a little town in the east of Finland and, apart from being an idyllic spot, it has another claim to fame.  It is the official Christmas Carol city of Europe.
