Autumn kiss
The title on the back of the card is "Baiser d'automne", autumn kiss, a play on words I think, with the elderly couple kissing and the produce on the stall looking at least a little autumnal. Assuming it's not imported produce, that is.
Surprisingly the card was published in England and also posted there. One other interesting point, the prices on the vegetable are in French francs which were replaced by euros on 1 January 1999. The card was posted just in time to be legal tender, September 1998.
