Ratchaburi floating market

Ratchaburi comes from the Sanskrit words literally meaning royal city.  The canal, the Damnoen Saduak is 32 km long and connects the Mae Klong and Tacheen rivers.  The market operates every morning.

  1. It makes me regret my visit to Thailand that I didn't get the chance to see its floating market :(

  5. I visited Thailand once, for a few days, before a cruise. I wish I could have spent at least a week. I was in Bangkok, then we stopped at a couple of Thai ports on the cruise which lasted for twelve days, ending up in Singapore.
