I'm not sure whether this could be called a stamp card - it was issued by Belpost, the Belarus post office which did issue stamps of the fauna of Belarus. The red deer stamp, though, is a bit different so maybe the card is intended to be a maxi-card. The deer, Cervus elaphus to give it its Latin name, is very beautiful anyway.
Regardless of what type of card it is, indeed a beautiful animal.
