Paris, the city of romance

I used to have a car like that, though it was red, I had a number plate like that though on a different car, and I've driven around the Eiffel Tower often enough, though not so close.  So near and yet so far.  This never happened to me.  If only I'd known what I was missing I'd have made sure I was in the right place at the right time in the right car, and probably been arrested.
