Lezen
Lezen - to read in Dutch, and yes, the card came to me from the Netherlands. It obviously is promoting reading. The card was sold in aid of an organisation called Kinderpostzegels which runs projects to develop and protect vulnerable children.
Their motto is "voor kinderen, door kinderen" or "for children by children". Each year children sell stamps and cards to raise money for the organisation.
Also from the Netherlands cme this card:
I used to love miniature books as a child, and still feel drawn to collect them.

Both of those are wonderful cards. Love all the detail in the first one.
