Unused and undated, but I think it must date from the 1980s.
Macroom, Co. Cork: This is an important marketing centre in the pictureque valley of the Sullane River. The huge, squarely built castle in the town was the scene of many a siege, particularly in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. This castle and the town were at one time the property of Admiral Sir William Penn, whose son founded the State of Pennsylvania. West of the town lies the Gaelteacht (Irish speaking district) embracing Ballingeary, Ballyvourney and Coolea.

The picture dates from the 1960s. If you look at the row of houses, at least one of them was a bed and breakfast which is still in existence.
