Postmarked Sabah, and dated 28 March 2009.
Between land and sea, rock fringes and white surf isolate Borneo's ultimate destination, its northernmost tip at Tanjung Simpang Mengayau, Kudat.
Well, I have actually stopped on a cruise ship in Sabah - but not at this particular locale. I truly have been blessed in 85 cruise to have seen many picture postcard destinations! Now that my cruising days are numbered, I will really live vicariously through your blog! Thank you!!!!
Greetings from Malaysia. You have unusual less common Malaysia postcards. I enjoyed viewing them. If you would like trade for postcards of my hometown Penang, please check my postcard blog, http://smspostcard.blogspot.com/

ReplyDeleteI must confess when I think of Borneo, I don't think of beautiful scenery like this. A picture is worth a thousand words. At least.
ReplyDeleteBorneo (Sabah) for me is a superb destination. Wildlife beaches and even Asia's highest mountain to climb-yes you can walk up it.
ReplyDeleteBest of all Sepilok and the orangutans. Then again watching a turtle lay its eggs on a coral island also takes some beating.
A great place that everyone should see.
@RNSANE, thanks, and how wonderful to have visited all those places!
ReplyDelete@Max, for Borneo, I always think of orang utans and jungle.
@Mike, it's great to have a opinion from someone who knows! You make it sound fantastic.
