Hong Village, it says on the back, but I had difficulty in finding anything about the place, until I happened upon something that suggested it was a UNESCO site. And indeed it is, but called Hongcun. That does mean the same thing, but try telling the search engine that.
Hongcun is one of two ancient, traditional villages dating back to the 14th to 19th centuries. The village is still inhabited and shows a remarkable layout. It represents the shape of an ox. The stream running through the village depicts the intestines, a nearby hill is its head with two trees as horns, the houses make up the body, while ponds and lakes are stomachs.
The architecture and carvings are highly regarded but what has made tourism increase dramatically was the filming in the village of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.

'cun' means village in Chinese :)
