I bought this eye-catching card for no other reason than it was eye-catching. I had to look up where in the world Sakha might be and it turns out to be in the north east of Russia. It is also known as Yakutia.
It is the largest official region in the world, larger even than Western Australia and only slightly smaller than India, yet its population is under 1 million. It is one of the most economically important regions of Russia
