Herbs and spices, oils and vinegars

Mouthwatering.  Mustard, hot peppers, lavender, garlic, cloves, rosemary, mint...  I started off trying to work out what might be going to be made, but I've decided it's unlikely that any one dish would use them all.  They were no doubt chosen because they are photogenic than for any particular culinary purpose.  The card came from Spain so maybe it's a combination I don't know.
