Maps on Monday - Hadrian's Wall

Hadrian's Wall runs from Wallsend on the Tyne, in the north east of England, to the Solway Firth on the west coast.  It is situated entirely in England and marks one of the frontiers of the Roman Empire in the 2nd century AD.  It has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987.

  2. OH YES! Cool map by the way. I am always happy to learn a little something. History was never my forte.
